AMADA CNC PUNCHING MACHINE
This machine performs fast and stable processing of stainless steel, allowing for highly precise and efficient shaping of the metal components used in our cabinets.
Its robust gantry structure is equipped with a high-capacity turret. The punching system, powered by an electric servomotor, cuts, drills, and shapes sheet metal using a dedicated punch and die.
Moreover, all functions are managed by an external computer and require minimal energy. The machine consumes only 3 kW during operation and drastically reduces power usage in standby mode.
SALVAGNINI P4 PANEL BENDER
Our panel bender is used to bend sheet metal into various curvatures, and shapes all sides of the panels into the desired form.
Specifically, the sheet is placed on the machine and automatically oriented to the side being processed. Then, the machine compresses the metal to form the required shape.
The Salvagnini P4 is also capable of producing three-dimensional models based on technical drawings created by our design team.
AMADA M2 PRESS BRAKE
The Amada M2 press brake performs highly repeatable and precise bends on sheet metal.
During the bending process, the material is positioned on a die, and then the punch applies continuous pressure to form the shape within the mould.
These machines can handle both simple and complex details, performing multiple bends on a single unit while applying hundreds of tonnes of force.
VICLA DIAMOND SHEARING MACHINE
An essential machine for the precise cutting of metal sheets and plates into various shapes and sizes.
The shearing process involves two blades with the sheet placed between them: as the movable blade descends, it cuts the metal against the fixed blade, ensuring a clean, straight cut.
The process is comparable to using a pair of scissors, only on an industrial scale.
KUKA AUTOMATIC WELDING ROBOT
An industrial robot designed for automated robotic welding, ensuring exceptional accuracy.
This welding system provides greater precision and higher productivity compared to manual welding.
Production is fully controlled by software that manages unit positioning, preparatory operations, and the welding itself.
Thanks to the automation of all repetitive operations on identical components, even complex welds can be executed perfectly.
