Environmental Labelling of Packaging

The importance of protecting the environment and safeguarding the planet we live on is a critical and widely debated issue today.
Numerous published scientific studies, expert testimony and increasingly frequent climate-related disasters underscore the urgency of this topic.

Despite this, many individuals and companies are still unaware of the various regulations and guidelines designed to limit and prevent environmental pollution.

The Environmental Labelling Regulation

One of the recent regulatory measures introduced in Italy is Ministerial Decree No. 360 of 28 September 2022, which implements the Environmental Labelling Guidelines pursuant to Article 219, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree No. 152 of 3 April 2006. This law requires all packaging placed on the market in Italy to include environmental labelling and at Facilitas, we are fully organised to comply with these obligations.

Our New Packaging Labels

To ensure full compliance with current legislation and to provide our customers with clear guidance on how to correctly dispose of packaging materials, we have developed two new environmental labels.

These labels offer a simple and immediate way to identify how to dispose of the materials used to protect our cabinets during transport.
